Lovely Style: A Clothes Horse

I think I've put off writing this particular style inspiration post for so long because how could one post possibly be sufficient to express how much I love this blog?  I've been following Rebecca's blog for going on 6 years now (geez!), ever since one of my college friends off handed-ly mentioned, "hey I think you'd really like this clotheshorse girl, she dresses a lot like you".  Basically I checked out her blog the next day and I've been hooked ever since.  From the quirky prints to the fun hairstyles, to the impressive nature she incorporates into her blog, it is all incredible and breathtaking.   Reading her blog has inspired me to take roads I wouldn't have otherwise known existed.  The vivid colors she captures as well as the wealth of independent designers she's showcased are awe inspiring.

Rebecca is always going somewhere and discovering something new, sharing the little bits and pieces of her adventures as she goes.  Yet, she stays down to earth and approachable.  Maybe its because she's a petit blogger and I can relate, or maybe its because she does the whole quirky/ vintage thing in a refreshing way, I don't know, but she is a huge inspiration to me.  Finding her blog opened my eyes to blogging, to understanding indie fashion, and to seeing things in a new way.  I had always loved pictures of people, in a lifestyle sense, but I didn't understand how to use that interest to create something helpful until I discovered what fashion blogging was, and the clotheshorse was one of the first I ever saw. I have a lot to thank her for, and Angela for introducing me to her blog.   If you are looking for a blogger to add to your reading list, Rebecca's blog is a joy to read.  Follow her as she travels Europe and fearlessly changes her hair color and makes it shine in a myriad of different looks.  Follow her as she lives the tiny house life in a gatehouse in Ireland, or finds the coolest space print dress you've ever seen.  Just follow her blog.  You won't regret it.
