I've had an obsession with styling and interior design for a while. While other 20 year olds were hanging at the pub in college, I was that one weird kid rolling a quatrefoil shaped window I found
leaning on a dumpster into my car to be a coffee table top. House/ apartment hunting was my favorite time of year, even now that we're happily settled in a dream apartment I can be found crawling craigslist checking out all the apartment listings, ideating on how I would make this or that apartment look stellar. What fun! Unbeknownst to me, apparently that isn't everyone's ideal friday evening.
Regardless.
I love walking places because not only do I love the inside of houses, but the outside too. There are some really cute houses around where I live. They are all unique, and old and wonderful, and have interesting craftsmanship. I love walking and admiring all the pretty houses, so I thought I'd share with you some of my favorites, via illustration.
