The lakeshore is one of my favorite places to go to clear my mind, and to appreciate the world around me.
I am always in awe of the water, and the many different forms it can take on, from being completely flat and still, to raging with powerful waves that overtake the rock blockades.
I think I like going there because it makes me feel so small. Like, I can relax, because here's this big thing that is so much bigger than me and my small issues. It allows me to let go of them.
