I'm always on the hunt for new and unique things. Usually around this time of year I write a post about some awesome vendors I find at the Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago. Unfortunately I wasn't able to
make it to the fair this year, but I thought I'd still go about the inter webs and bring you some great independent artists and the wonderful things they make for the world. So, without further ado, check out these awesome makers!
1. Kirstinstride
Kristin is a jewelry maker from England who makes hand illustrated shrink plastic jewelry. Her creations range from birds to teapots, on rings, pins, collar clips and more.
2. aspenandoak
Shelli from Kansas City, MO is the talented artist behind the goods at aspenandoak. I love all of her playful banners and tote bags. All of her work is inspired by the nature and outdoors, which I can completely relate to.
3. agirlnamedleney
Leney is a knitwear designer and traveling photographer from Virginia. Her creations make me want to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Check out her Etsy shop and her awesome website for some more on this inspiring lady.
4. GlitteryMoonVintage
This Florida - based vintage shop is run by Stephanie — a mid century vase lover with a real eye for pieces that can shine in most anybody's home, regardless of design aesthetic.
5. TheKnotandChain
Sienna is the mastermind behind this quirky knitwear shop. She makes a number of fun hats and headbands, a bunch of which are animal themed!
6. OurVintageBungalow
This vintage shop is full of vintage and repurposed treasures found by Tammy King of Wichita, KS. From antler chandeliers to vintage trays, I'm in love!
7. LoveSparklePretty
Love Sparkle Pretty specializes in floral bridal hairpieces. I'm considering wearing a floral crown for my own wedding, so this shop is especially exciting to me!
