For the Love of Merchandise: Fall Edition

1. Anthropologie Spacedye Swing Tunic.   One of the prevalent trends that I've taken notice to this year  has been crochet, and while most of the time it seems to fit in primarily in the summer, I like the
way that Anthropologie transitioned it to fall with this darker tunic dress.  Finish this off with some burgundy lipstick, a nice watch and this next item and you've got yourself a nicely styled fall look.

2. Modcloth Rainy Day Regal Scarf. Springtime takes most of the merit for rainy weather with April's slogan for "April Showers", but I'd like to put a few votes in for October as well.  We've had more than a few rainy days this fall, and the color palette of this scarf is pretty reflective of that iconic rainy October day.

3. Modcloth Shop to it Bag.  I will start by warning you, this item is currently out of stock.  How cute is it though???  Although navy blue is perhaps one of the less prominent fall colors, it certainly fits in with all your olive greens, browns, and deep reds.  Plus, this little guy has a little golden rabbit between the handles, ready to jump in a pile of leaves!  If enough people request it, they could offer more of this bag on Modcloth!

4. Shop Ruche Backlash Pumps by Poetic License.  No matter how much I tell myself that I need only buy practical shoes that I can stand in at work for 8 hours a day, I am drawn towards this style of shoe ever more.  Who couldn't love those teal laces??

5. Shop Ruche Marsden Polka Dot Sneakers.  These sneakers certainly bridge the gap between practical and fashionable.   The perfect shoes to add to a fall outfit, wear to a farmer's market, or wherever you please.

6. Forever 21 Midrise Skinny Jeans.  Behold, the fall-colored skinny jean is back!  It seems that only Mauve color remains available online, but you may still be able to find them in stores in the burgundy, tan, black, and olive.  I just got a pair myself this week, and they are quite comfortable and not too constricting as some jeans can be.

7. Modcloth Bliss is How I Roll Shorts.  I am a big fan of pieces that push the limits of seasons.  Typically shorts are only really meant for summer, but then there are shorts like these that just beg to be styled for fall, and so it shall be.  They remind me a lot of a pair of shorts I featured previously, with their pattern and fabrication.

So there you have it!  Some of my favorite fall picks available in stores currently (except the bunny bag).  I am forever in awe with what wonders very talented people out there are capable of creating.
