Off- Path

Purse (similar) | Earrings (similar) | Dress | Blouse

Often when I am out hiking or enjoying nature I have a problem sticking to the given path.  The wildness in me wants to go off- path and see more — see something from a different view than what
has been laid out.  This patch of woods near my home in Illinois has a few of these smaller winding paths, off-shoots from the main bike trail.  As I ventured out into a couple of these the other day, I found this beautiful pattern of light falling through the trees.  It was like something out of a fairytale.

It's incredible how serene and beautiful nature can be.

While I was out I saw a deer happily munching on some branches, and almost ran into her on my way back out of the foliage (don't worry, she didn't notice me, and also seemed very comfortable with the dozens of people passing by her on a nearby bike path).

One of my favorite trends this spring has been the influx of fringed earrings.  I love how fun and decorative they are.  I'm not usually a big earring girl because I tend to have sensitive earlobes, but I can't help but get excited over these fun fringes!
