I've always felt that pins and brooches are a somewhat forgotten accessory, which makes them all the more interesting.
I have a somewhat extensive pin collection, and one of my favorite things about it is all the different places that the pins came from. I found a great deal of them at craft shows and from various independent sellers and then still some have come from relatives.
As always my favorite pieces are those that have some sort of quirky element to them that makes them unique.
Whether it's the 'you are my sunshine' pin that I got from my grandma when I was a little girl, or the plaid raccoon badge that I got from the Renegade Craft Fair a couple years back, each adds an extra special touch to any outfit.
