It's funny how fall and spring are often the shortest seasons in my neck of the woods, yet the most fun to dress for. Some of my favorite color palettes become relevant in the fall, and yet there is so little time to embrace them! It also seems that october is the month to break out the orange and be festive for halloween, but then that takes up valuable fall muted tones time! Ah, well.
The leaves are already fading and I fear that they won't last much longer. I fear I may not get a great fall leaf post up this year! Hopefully that won't be the case, and instead, today I'm sharing with you one of my favorite october outfits thus far.
The Outfit & About it:
Forever 21 Coat. I bought this coat last year on sale for $16. It has been quite reliable, and as an added bonus, quite festive for this month!
Forever 21 marled skater skirt. Surprisingly Halloween-y when paired with the right pieces.
Forever 21 scarf. I dig this scarf because it is made from tee-shirt like fabric. It doesn't feel super fancy or decorative, just comfortable and classic.

This is such an adorable, cozy outfit! I so wish I had a Forever 21 near me. The closest one is 3 hours away!

Oh my gosh, that's crazy! I love how much variety they have in their merchandise. Esp. the scarves and their contemporary line. I even started buying their makeup (at least the liquid liner and remover pads), and I've been pretty happy with it. But you probably have better insight to the makeup market! What's your favorite liquid liner? I know almost nothing about makeup but I've tried the forever stuff and one from mary kay (but that one stopped working the second time I tried to use it, weird huh?).
